Q. When is the event?
A. Wednesday, May 12, 2010. Registration begins at 9:00 AM. Breakout sessions will run through 4pm. The Vive Shopping Village will be open from 9AM to 6 PM.

Directions to The Naples  Beach Hotel & Golf Club:
From I-75 East: Exit at Exit 105 Turn left (west) after exit ramp onto Golden Gate Parkway. Continue on Golden Gate Parkway for 4 miles to U.S. 41. Turn left on U.S. 41. Proceed south 0.9 miles to 7th Avenue North (after our Golf Course). Turn right on 7th Avenue North and continue until it dead ends at Gulf Shore Boulevard North. Turn right onto Gulf Shore Boulevard North. The Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club is located 1/2 block north on the left.

Q. Who will be attending the event?

A. Business minded women, Vive subscribers, socially active women, groups, coworkers, friends and yes, even men.

Q. Are event fees refundable?
A. Registration is FINAL. No refunds will be available. However, if necessary, a guest may send someone else in their place. All registration, name tags, etc will be in the name that was given during registration.

Q. How much does it cost to attend the conference?
A. Tickets are $99 each and include gourmet lunch.

Q. What forms of payment can I use at the conference?
A. We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX or Check. Please make all checks payable to: Vive magazine. Payment must accompany registration form (fax to 561.687.3489).

Q. What topics will the conference cover?
A. The conference will cover a range of topics in the relevant categories of mind, body and money.

Q. Who are some of the attending speakers and what topics will they discuss?
A. Vive has secured extraordinary speakers for the Naples conference. The full list of speakers and their bios will be available on March 30. Email conference@vivemagazine.com for more info.

Q. What is the Vive Shopping Village?
A. The Vive Shopping Village provides the best-of-the-best in lifestyle boutiques, spa mini-services and one-on-one access to Vive experts. Our boutiques will house wonderful items for beauty, fashion, jewelry, anti-aging, spa products, nutrition, wellness, travel and much, much more! Spend time visiting with friends or networking with new ones. (You will also gain access to professional women’s organizations around the state.)

Q. Can I bring friends or colleagues?
A. Yes. You are encouraged to bring friends, colleagues, networking buddies and clients!

Q. What is the appropriate dress for the event?
A. Business casual is appropriate for all parts of the conference.

Q. May I stay at The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club for the evening?
A. Absolutely. Vive has negotiated special weekend rate of $99 per night  for conference attendees. Email conference@vivemagazine.com for the rates and rate codes. Guests must call The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club directly for room reservations only at 239.261.2222.
